Ultra Local LA is an independent discovery index. It helps people find products offered by independent dealers and other direct sources. Ultra Local is not the seller, merchant of record, auctioneer, payment processor, delivery provider, or transaction party for a listed product.

Dealers control their products, descriptions, prices, taxes, availability, condition reports, fulfillment, shipping, pickup, returns, exchanges, warranties, customer service, and transactions. Any purchase, inquiry, appointment, delivery, dispute, or other arrangement is between you and the dealer.

Price and availability can change after Ultra Local last observed a listing. Verify current details, product identity, condition, dimensions, authenticity, total cost, policies, and transaction terms directly with the dealer before relying on them or committing to a transaction.

A listing, dealer profile, source link, image, name, or mark does not by itself mean that a dealer, maker, designer, or rights holder sponsors, endorses, partners with, or is affiliated with Ultra Local. Catalog inclusion is an editorial and technical discovery decision, not a guarantee or endorsement.

Ultra Local collects and normalizes information from public dealer sources. Catalog information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong, and listings may be changed, sold, removed, or corrected without notice. Ultra Local may restrict or remove material while reviewing accuracy, eligibility, source, safety, or rights concerns.

No account is required to browse. Account holders can save products and create collections. Keep account access secure and do not use another person's account. A saved item is a personal library reference; saving does not reserve a product, confirm availability, or create a transaction.

You may use Ultra Local for lawful personal discovery and ordinary browsing. Do not:

• interfere with the service, evade security or rate limits, or send harmful code;
• use automated requests in a way that burdens, disrupts, or degrades the service;
• misrepresent your identity or relationship with Ultra Local, a dealer, or a rights holder;
• submit unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material;
• use catalog content in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, dealers, or rights holders.

Feedback submitted through the About form is stored in a private administrative inbox and is not published by default. You keep any rights you have in your submission. By submitting it, you permit Ultra Local to read, store, investigate, respond to, and use it to operate or improve the service. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have the right to share.

Dealer and other external links lead to services Ultra Local does not operate or control. Their content, terms, privacy practices, security, accessibility, and transaction practices are their own.

Ultra Local does not warrant dealer products or transactions.

Ultra Local may revise these terms as the service changes. The updated text and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after publication is subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
