A dramatic matched pair of vintage Royal Haeger ceramic sculptures depicting stylized gazelles captured in mid-leap, produced in the United States circa 1992. Each gazelle is modeled with an elongated neck, streamlined body, extended forelegs, and magnificent ribbed horns that sweep backward to form an almost complete circular arc. The figures rise above sculptural, wave-like bases that reinforce the impression of speed and suspended movement. A deep, mirror-like black glaze accentuates the fluid silhouettes and reflects light beautifully across the modeled surfaces.
