About

A striking 20th-century display curio vitrine table in the Italian Neoclassical and Versace-inspired taste. The richly figured burl-wood veneer is accented by a continuous brass Greek-key frieze, fine brass outlining, and a small brass pull. An inset clear-glass top provides an overhead view into the display compartment, while matching clear-glass panels surround the case. The front glazed door folds downward on brass hinges and supporting stays. Four matching tapered legs extend from the rounded corner posts and terminate in brass-capped feet. Its compact, jewel-box form is ideal for displaying jewelry, watches, porcelain, or other treasured objects while also serving as an elegant side or accent table.
