We do not know if they have all the parts required by contractors to install them. Please use photos as the description and ask any questions prior to purchase and or shipping. Concrete - Some of these fireplaces have concrete and can be very heavy. The Malm fireplaces with concrete surrounds and bases can't be moved by one person/shipper. It will require two people to move and set these up. Please consider this when picking up your fireplace from our store. Some shippers will require you to help if they are by themselves.
