Originally designed in 1960 and released in 1961, the Eames Time Life Office Chair was an adaptation of the ‘Lobby Chair’. The original design was specifically commissioned for the Time Life Building in Manhattan’s Lobby. The Model 3474 (1st Generation) was produced between 1960 and 1968. This chair in particular was produced at Herman Miller in Gardena, California. This chair in particular is likely produced between 1963-1968.
