Hanging scroll with Japanese Seal Script. Written is a piece of a poem by the Chinese poet Du Fu 杜甫. 錦城絲管日紛紛 半入江風半入雲 Translation: "Kinjo Shakanhi Fun Pun Nakaba Kou Fu Nakabairi Kumo" - Music played in Chendu never stops. Some of the music flows with wind from a river. Other goes into the clouds. Japanese character style: Shoten kanji 小篆漢字 Ink on paper 20th Century
