Bronze two-part vase. The top can be removed and used separately or together with the lower half for Shoka style arraignments. Handles are in the shape of baku (nightmare devouring creature made up of an elephant's trunk, rhinoceros's eyes, ox's tail, and tiger's paws). The lower vase also features a motif of chidori (plover) and waves. Bronze 19th Century 11.5" x 10.25" (diameter, height)
