Elegant vintage Italian flush mount ceiling light, made in Italy circa 1960s, featuring a single large hand-blown clear Murano glass diffuser in the Graniglia technique. The textured glass is formed in a dramatic scalloped, shell-like shape with radiating ribbed detail and sparkling granulated glass texture throughout. The large clear diffuser is mounted on a gold-finish metal frame, giving the fixture a refined modern Italian character. When illuminated, the textured Murano glass creates a beautiful shimmering effect, making this piece ideal for an entry, hallway, powder room, bedroom, dressing area, or low-ceiling interior.
