Elegant 19th century Swedish gilt-lead mounted verre églomisé mirror, in the taste of Burchardt Precht. The rectangular mirror is framed with rich red reverse-painted glass panels decorated with elaborate gilt scrolling foliage, floral ornament, and finely detailed neoclassical-style borders. The architectural pediment is especially decorative, centered by an oval mirror medallion and crowned with a gilt urn-form basket of flowers. Two additional floral basket finials flank the crest, with garland and scroll
