A rare and exquisite Tiffany Studios gilt bronze and Favrile glass “Aladdin” floor lamp, featuring an Aladdin’s lamp–shaped gilt bronze arm with graceful scroll handle and suspension hook. The lamp supports a Damascene Favrile glass shade in rich amber and gold iridescence, exhibiting the hallmark Tiffany shimmer and subtle striations of color. The bronze base, finished in warm gilt patina, is elegantly cast with stylized foliate motifs and rests on a lead-weighted foot for stability. This form—commonly referred to as the Aladdin or Genie Lamp model—is one of Tiffany’s most sculptural and imaginative lighting designs, merging mythic symbolism with refined Art Nouveau craftsmanship.
