This impeccably tailored pair showcases the definitive modern wingback silhouette. Featuring a dramatic, high curved back that envelops the sitter, low integrated track arms, and a deep, generous seat. Each chair is upholstered entirely in a superb, supple jet-black top-grain leather that has developed a beautiful soft sheen and natural patina. The design is elevated by exquisite craftsmanship: a continuous, hand-applied double row of oversized antiqued brass nailheads meticulously follows the sweeping curve of the backrest, the arms, and the base - creating a graphic, jewelry-like frame that defines the entire form. Exceptional comfort and quality construction, as detailed on the original Thomasville factory tags still attached: kiln-dried hardwood frame, polyurethane foam with cotton batting body, 50% feather / down blend seat, and 50% feather / 50% polyester back pillow. The back pillows are loose, lumbar-style, and attach with velcro for perfect support. Raised on four tapered, warm-toned solid wood legs that provide a beautiful contrast to the black leather.
