1930’s original Art Deco dining chairs for sale. It’s a set of eight chairs, and are made of solid walnut. They have an upholstered seat and backrest, and have a beautiful open backrest. The seats have coil springs, and the back has carved details of leafy fruits, and has a nice Art Deco shape to it. The legs are tapered, and also have Art Deco details. The chairs were previously reupholstered in the 70’s, but need to be reupholstered and are being sold as an upholstery project. The fabric shows wear on all of them, but only has has a rip on the seat. The walnut finish is in nice vintage condition on all of them, but once reupholstered, the joints can be tightened on all of them. This is a wonderful project to work with, and very rare to have a set of 8 of these! The measurements are 35 1/4″ tall x 20″ seat height x 21″ deep x 19″ wide.
