Vintage Middle Eastern Moorish wooden jewelry box inlaid with marquetry. Middle Eastern box handcrafted in very fine Moorish micro mosaic diamonds, and a continuous hexagonal and floral geometrical Moorish motif design intricately adorn in nearly every square inch of this exquisite midcentury jewelry box. The inside is lined with royal red velvet. Museum quality artwork like the ones in Doris Duke Islamic Art Museum. Some loss of marquetry on the top lid.
