John Derian’s new collaboration with designer Jeanette Farrier does just that: 18th century quilts and vintage sari prints plucked from each of their extensive archives have been reimagined for today. Upcycled designs lovingly hand-stitched in India and rendered in lightweight cotton layers. Made in a king size (to better suit the scale of the current century’s beds).
