Large 1950s Lisa Johansson-Pape Model #71-127 Glass and Brass Ceiling Lamp. Executed in blown opaline glass and brass. Manufactured by Stockmann Orno, Finland. Stamped with manufacturer's mark.A contemporary of Paavo Tynell, the refined work of Lisa Johansson-Pape has made her an increasingly valued midcentury Finnish designer by collectors in the know. Ref: Stockmann Orno Catalog 1957, p.7. Accommodates 1x standard medium base 100W equivalent LED, not included. Recommended Tala bulbs available separately here. Rewired for US electrical with ceiling plate modified for hardwiring over a standard American j-box.
