Teak dining armchair designed by Niels Otto Møller in 1962 and manufactured by JL Møllers Møbelfabrik of Denmark with Danish [paper] cord seat. The teak chair has a curved backrest with three horizontal supports, terminating in a delicate finial at each corner. Møller often spent up to five years revising and perfecting a single design, a process reflected here in the chairs’ slender profile and remarkable stability, despite the absence of any extraneous structural elements.
