George Nelson chair for Herman Miller, c.1950's, USA. The design features a beige molded plastic chair form. The chair is part of a larger collection called the “Swaged Leg Group.” Nelson used both Eames’s shock-mounted connectors and flexible joinery to create an ergonomic chair with the ability to flex with the sitter’s movements. The chair rests on four curved chrome legs with casters.
